Good Morning Lady and Gentlemen!
Today you are going to dive into a new tutorial video. Please watch and follow along New Users Video 4 and build the two chairs the narrator instructs you to do. I will be going around and checking off that you successfully completed both chairs. One will be built using the subtraction method. The other will be built using the addition method.

Once you have completed the chairs it is now time to move on to the next task. Please download the SketchUp Cheat Sheet.pages. You will use this document to create a 'cheat sheet' to assist you in drawing you SketchUp projects. What I want you to do is insert arrows and text boxes to create callouts for the individual tools. You will need to name the tool, tell what it is used for, and provided tips or shortcuts for using that tool. Obtain the necessary information for each tool by watching the tool's video tutorial. Today you are responsible for four tools: Rectangle tool, Circle tool, Polygon tool, and the Dimension tool.

Today we are going to continue working on our SketchUp Cheat Sheets. Make sure you complete the four tools from yesterday and then start on five new tools for today. The tools you will need to cover include: Line tool, Arc tool, Push/Pull tool, Offset tool, and Orbit tool.
At the end of the period we will be taking a test on what you have learned so far.
